Quality Management

101 Projects prides itself on documented controls in conjunction with service proficiency and efficiency. To enable this to occur, we have established standard documents and processes to guarantee that decisions and directives are made in an informed manner, and that each experience with us follows the same processes for uniformity and insight into what to expect. Though we have established defined processes and procedures, we are also amicable to developing client and or project specific processes and procedures, as we acknowledge, that there is no one solution to procuring and delivering a project. We also understand that time is precious and for this, we ensure there is a balance between being informed and being informed too much.  101 Projects is currently seeking accreditation
with ISO 9001:2008.

Health and Safety

101 Projects is committed to the wellbeing of our employees. We have a zero incident record and aim to maintain this.

Training and Skill Enhancement

Employees participate in an annual performance review, which assists in identifying professional and personal skill development opportunities.  This also provides an opportunity to exchange constructive feedback on the person, business and our operations. Our collaborative partners also participate in performance reviews which assists in identifying opportunities to better our collaboration and respective business sustainability.

Environmental Sustainability

The construction and operation of assets results in significant use of water, energy and materials, while creating volumes of waste which subsequently impacts directly on the environment. Ironically, these buildings in turn create their own indoor environments and subsequently their own impacts on the environment.  To assist 101 Projects with limiting its impact on the environment and reflect its position on sustainability, we have chosen to create a mostly paperless office and operations. Moreover, we operate through cloud based systems which allows some interface with other business initiatives. This not only supports sustainability but also creates a level of resource efficiency and portability through our operations as well as creating solutions for accessibility and storage - financially viable initiatives.

Community Investment Program

101 Projects is currently reviewing an alignment with a community organisation so that we may invest in them.  We currently support families with local swimming lessons, which would usually be unaffordable to them.
