The backbone of any company is its face and character. At 101 Projects we aim to have a healthy, diverse and empowered workforce that complements our organisational culture, supports our Business and Strategic Plans, and contributes to business sustainability.
To provide expert and holistic advice and guidance, 101 Projects relies upon its Board, its mentoring circle and its collaborative partners. Our key representative is our founding Director, Therese Brockhurst. She has experience in the property and construction industry spanning 20 years. Throughout this time she has accumulated a wealth of industry knowledge through a combination of professional and personal experiences and both private and public sector engagements. She has worked for large international project management and construction firms, as well as smaller focused companies. Therese also has interests in sustainability, health and safety and the value of money.
101 Projects’ people and representatives have industry recognised skills in all areas of project delivery with a precedence of successful team establishment, leadership and management. Our individual involvement through the industry over approximately 20 years on average, allows us to rely upon resources of like-minded companies and professionals, including town planners, quantity surveyors, architects, building certifiers, civil and structural engineers, services consultants, traffic and acoustic engineers and specialist consultants. 101 Projects has established, and continues to grow and learn from these relationships.
We are also active in the property and construction industry through attendance to various professional seminars, training and networking events to ensure that we integrate with industry and remain abreast of current and emerging issues.
